The glue injection equipment precisely dispenses the ratio of glue under the premise of controlling the same temperature, humidity, and other parameters to meet the requirements of various plastic end caps.

By adjusting the equipment temperature, rotation speed, and nozzle diameter, the glue line can adhere more firmly to the filter layer, enhancing the structural strength of the product and eliminating faults such as increased pressure difference and shortened life caused by filter layer folding or deformation.

While pleating the filter paper, a fixed-height protrusion is pressed onto the surface of each fold to ensure a fixed spacing between folds, resulting in even and aesthetically pleasing corrugations that prevent the filter layer from folding.

This process not only intensifies the corrugation strength but also safeguards the filter layer structure.
