Coalescing separator - Separates the liquid from the gas
The GCS series coalescing separator is an efficient treatment unit for agglomeration and separation, which can effectively separate liquid particles from gases with high liquid content.
Working principle
The coalescence separator is composed of two parts: the separation chamber and the coalescence chamber. The gas flows into the coalescence separator from the inlet, the flow velocity decreases and the flow direction changes. The air flow uniformly passes through the separation element, the liquid larger than 10um is removed, and the small droplets are clustered into large droplets. After most of the droplets are separated by the separation element, the air flow enters the coalescing cavity, and the air flow evenly flows from the inside to the coalescing element. The coalescing element will deeply separate the droplets contained in the air stream, and then coalescing and separating the droplets above 0.3um.
